The NFl has ran into the problem of the no salary cap era. There is now the belief that the league may shut down for a year because of the players union. They player are now wanting more money and in cause can cause a hold out.
I think it is wrong because they are one the biggest revenue in America. If they were to have a hold out it would cause a major problem for the league. I think they should keep playing and bring back the cap. It helps the league grow instead of fall.

T.I. has come out saying that his newly anticipated album "King Uncaged" is on the equal level of Tupac's All Eyez on Me album one the most famed albums of all time within the hip hop community. After being put in jail for a year over illegal possession of fire arms, T.I. feels he has reinvented the industry with this album. He feels that his opinions have changed from where he was when he started and is an all around better rapper now.
Honestly, come on! No one can compare themselves to one of the greats hip hop albums ever recorded. Tupac has very radical idea and very detailed stories in his music. T.I. has never been able to tell a good story in his songs, its just about the trap. I mean i can get out there and sell a couple dime bags and rap about it, but what does that mean. Tupac shows a creativeness that has not been touched on by any artist for awhile and i do not feel that T.I. has created this type of story line in his rhymes.

This week the governer of Arizona has passed a bill allowing police to ask any people they feel are illegal immigrants for their drivers license or any other documents that would show they are truly a citizen of this country. I believe it is a right in this country though to deny showing proof of legalization in America. That is one of the many rights we are given here and that Arizona feels the need to stip away.
What is going on in Arizona these days? Its as if the Constitution does not apply to the state of Arizona at all. Since when has it been legal to racially profile someone with in the borders of this country. I think it is a disgrace that this law has been issued and should be up lifted immediately. The only question is how can you tell if someone is an illegal immigrant? Is it their darkish tan skin tone, their brown eyes, black hair, what they're dressed in? Becasue if so then i guess they should ask me for my papers too.

baseball
Ryan Howard has just received a $125 million contract extension with the Philadelphia Phillies making him the third highest paid player in all of baseball. Ryan Howard has been a major contributor to the Phillies success these last couple of years, but he hasn't made that major of an impact as of lately. His on base percentage has gone down as well as his slugging percentage. With this new contract the bigger story is that Albert Pujols is now expected to receive a new contract at the net wort around $30-35 million dollars a year, where as Howard makes $25 million a year.
Baseball is a prospering sport in America and has always been one of the higher paying sports in this country as well. To pay a player $125 million though is excessive. No man needs that much money and no man has that type of value to one organization. He is not a great fielder and is slowing down with age so his value is losing money not gaining. I am happy for Ryan Howard but i do not believe that he is worth as much as he has been given.

Week 9
This week we have heard a lot about the troubles around the world with the numerous earthquakes occuring. After the couple that happened in Haiti a month ago, now one in Chile and one in Turkey has occured. With all of these natural disasters happening the pressure for the United States to pitch in and help with these other countries. The Untied States is in an economic downfall still trying to find its way out. Even with this President Obama still assures that we will help with the rebuilding.
I feel that we as a nation should help with these problems but figure out a way that will not kill our pckets. Frankly we dont even have the money in our pockets to give out. Try to see that we still have our own problems to solve and our own people to take care of. We pay taxes for this country so take care of this one first.
